Common licensing questions.

Can we start with a pilot and convert to an annual license later?
Yes. Most institutions start with a per-student pilot in one course. Once the fit is clear, they move to a per-simulation or site license, usually at the start of the next academic year. There's no penalty for changing your mind.
Does the site license include upcoming simulations?
Yes. Site licenses include every Flexee simulation shipping today, plus any new simulations that ship during the license term, at no additional cost.
What's included in faculty support?
Faculty support includes onboarding, session facilitation guides, teaching notes, sample syllabus integrations, and direct access to Flexee's implementation team during active course sessions. New faculty typically need one to two prep hours per simulation before their first use.
Does the site license include RapidSims and executive education?
The site license includes RapidSims and RapidSims+. Flexee AI Strategic Governance, the five-day executive education program, is licensed separately. Talk to Chuck about combining it with your program's licensing.
Do you offer custom-built simulations?
