Custom simulations extend Flexee into areas the standard simulations don't cover. Here are examples of custom builds institutions and organizations have asked us about.
The Flexee approach, your scenario, built with you.
A custom simulation applies the Flexee design approach to a scenario we build together. You bring the subject expertise and what you want students to learn. We bring the simulation platform, the AI advisors, and the design experience.
Discovery.
We work with your subject matter experts to map the scenario, the decisions, how consequences carry forward, the advisors' voices, and the learning outcomes. This usually takes a few working sessions over four to six weeks.
Design.
We write a detailed design specification covering the scenario, the week-by-week plan, the advisor characters, the decisions, the consequence library, the scoring model, and the ending. You review and refine it before we build.
Build.
We build the simulation, write the scenario and advisor content, and deploy it for your course. Timing depends on scope, and typical custom builds take four to nine months from design approval.
Pilot.
We run a supervised pilot with a class or cohort you choose. Both sides learn what works and what needs another pass, and those changes are made before the full release.
Own it.
The custom simulation becomes yours. You license it under whatever terms fit your institution. If it's a domain that could serve other institutions, we can also discuss revenue-share arrangements where the simulation joins the broader Flexee family.
