AI-native simulation family

Where executive judgment gets practiced, not just taught.

In Flexee simulations, students step into an executive seat, converse with AI advisors who push back on weak reasoning, and live with consequences that compound across the semester. The judgment that emerges is what MBA programs promise but rarely deliver.

The pedagogical bet

How Flexee is different.

Four things distinguish Flexee from every legacy simulation and every case-based course. Together, they're why executive judgment gets practiced rather than just taught.

AI advisor agents that push back.

Six executive advisors per simulation, in character across the entire semester. When a student wrestles with a decision, they open a conversation with their compliance advisor, or their brand strategist, or their operations chief — and the advisor asks what evidence they have, pushes back on weak reasoning, and refuses to make the call for them. Not scripted chatbots. Not templated feedback.

"So — what evidence do you actually have for that assumption? Because I'm not signing off on this until I see it, and neither will the auditor." Dana, Compliance Advisor · Cybersecurity Executive

Customer agents students actually interview.

Launching next in Flexee Marketing Management. Instead of interpreting spreadsheet market response numbers, students pick personas from a diverse customer pool, run a focus group, and hear each persona respond in their own voice. When the segmentation strategy is wrong, the personas themselves reveal why. Customer intelligence students can hear in real voices is fundamentally different from customer intelligence students read as survey averages.

Compound consequences students can trace.

Decisions made in Week 3 come due in Week 10 through specific through-lines the team can trace. A cloud contract signed early becomes a lock-in problem later. A change management shortcut in the second week becomes organizational resistance in the seventh. Students learn strategic coherence, not week-by-week optimization — because the simulation makes them feel what strategic commitment actually costs.

Hidden state pedagogy.

The numbers that quietly doom a team never appear on the dashboard. Thin evidence, weak governance, inherited technical debt, board patience running down — students learn to manage what they can't directly see, which is what executive risk actually looks like in practice. The teams that succeed are the ones that build the discipline to ask what they aren't being told.

Also from Flexee: RapidSims and RapidSims+.

The same advisor architecture that powers full-semester Flexee simulations makes two shorter-format experiences possible — for business students including MBA, corporate leadership development, and executive education workshops.

Flexee RapidSims

Short-format single-decision experiences. Executives step into a situation where multiple actors in the organization — a CFO worried about margin, an operations chief worried about capacity, a legal counsel worried about exposure, a customer relationship at risk — each push in different directions. The learner listens, synthesizes, and takes a position they can defend.

Flexee RapidSims+

Longer, more elaborate investigation experiences. Rather than reconciling inputs handed to them, learners actively investigate — interviewing process stakeholders, piecing together conflicting accounts, discovering how the situation actually works. The first RapidSim+ teaches business process investigation the way an actual BPR analyst learns to see a broken process.

Also from Flexee

Executive education for boards and C-suites.

For senior executives, boards, and corporate leadership programs, Flexee delivers a residential executive education program that goes beyond classroom simulation.

Five-day residential program

Flexee AI Strategic Governance.

Sethi–Jayaraj verification economics framework

A five-day residential program that teaches senior leaders how to make better decisions about AI deployment in their organizations. Grounded in the Sethi–Jayaraj verification economics framework being prepared for Management Science, the program operationalizes that framework through a substantial simulation experience where participants make decisions across six rounds of escalating complexity.

By Day 4 the cumulative decision load exceeds verification capacity for most teams — the simulation produces what we call the verification wall, the central pedagogical experience that separates AI value capture from AI value destruction.

For C-Suite Executives · Boards · Corporate Leadership Programs

Available for direct delivery, licensing to executive education programs (Wharton, IMD, Conference Board, NACD), and corporate L&D partnerships.

Licensing for schools

Three commitment levels.

Flexee adapts to where your school is. Pilot one course, license one simulation across a department, or license the full family across the institution.

Pilot

Per-student license.

Pay only for students who actually use the platform. No minimum commitment. Best for pilots and smaller programs testing a fit before committing to an annual term.

Talk to us →
Department

Per-simulation license.

An annual license for a single Flexee simulation, unlimited students. Best for departments adopting one tool — supply chain, analytics, healthcare, finance — where it fits the curriculum.

Talk to us →
Institution

Site license.

An annual license that covers every Flexee simulation across the institution. Best for schools standardizing on Flexee across multiple programs and departments.
